摘 要:体系贡献率是决定装备建设和发展的重要依据。首先,提出了同时考虑作战效能和经济费用的体系贡献率定义及公式。然后,鉴于体系效能的涌现性特征和作战环理论,采用非线性结构方程模型,构建起装备体系效能评估的指标体系与路径图。在此基础上,将专家评估与改进的灰色关联度分析方法相结合,来确定装备体系综合效能中各项能力的权重。最后,以典型的航母编队体系对抗为例,计算各型号驱逐舰的体系贡献率并排序,验证了上述模型和方法的可行性和合理性。The system contribution rate is an important basis for determining equipment construction and development.First-ly,the definition and formula of system contribution rate considering both operational effectiveness and economic cost are proposed.Then,in view of the emergent characteristics of system effectiveness and the theory of combat loops,a nonlinear structural equation model is used to construct an index system and a road map for the evaluation of equipment system effectiveness.On this basis,the expert evaluation is combined with the improved grey relational analysis method to determine the weight of each sub-capability of the equipment system.Finally,taking a typical aircraft carrier formation system confrontation as an example,the system contribu-tion rates of various types of ship equipment are calculated and ranked,which verifies the feasibility and rationality of the above models and methods.
