摘 要:论文构建了4种流道截面形状的液冷散热器模型,流道截面形状包括矩形、正方形、圆形和等腰三角形,研究了4种散热器多个截面处的温度分布情况、流道压力分布情况以及流道速度分布情况。同时,论文还研究了这4种散热器的换热系数、摩擦系数以及综合性能参数。研究发现,在4种散热器中,3#散热器在多个截面处温度极大值都低于其他散热器,同时3#散热器的综合性能参数最大,相比0#散热器提升了17%。论文为液冷散热器流道截面形状设计提供了一种新思路。The liquid cooling radiator models with 4 kinds of channel cross-section shapes are constructed.The channel cross-section shapes include rectangle,square,circle and isosceles triangle.The temperature distribution,channel pressure distri-bution and channel velocity distribution at several cross-sections of the four radiators are studied.At the same time,the heat trans-fer coefficient,friction coefficient and the thermodynamics and hydrodynamics comprehensive parameter(THP)of all radiators are also studied.It is found that,among all types of radiators,the maximum temperature of 3#radiator at several cross-sections is lower than that of other radiators.At the same time,the thermodynamics and hydrodynamics comprehensive parameter of 3#radiators is the largest among all radiators,which is 17%higher than that of 0#radiator.A new idea for the design of the cross-section shape of liquid cooling radiator is provided.
