摘 要:目的观察贝母瓜蒌散离子导入联合左氧氟沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎(community acquired pneumonia,CAP)的临床疗效。方法70例CAP患者随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组给予注射用左氧氟沙星0.5 g静脉滴注,每天1次;试验组在对照组的基础上加用贝母瓜蒌散离子导入治疗,每天1次,每次治疗时间20 min,1次2贴,两组疗程均为7 d。结果试验组总有效率(94.74%)高于对照组(75.01%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);住院时间试验组[(6.2±0.8)d]明显短于对照组[(7.9±1.1)d],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组不良反应的差异则无统计学意义。结论贝母瓜蒌离子导入给药可提高左氧氟沙星治疗CAP的临床疗效,为中西医结合治疗CAP提供了新的治疗策略。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Fritillaria Gualou powder iontophoresis combined with Levofloxacin in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia.Methods 70 patients with community-acquired pneumonia were randomly divided intoexperimental group and control group.The control group was given the treatment of levofloxacin 0.5 g injection intravenously once a day,while the experimental group were given the treatment of Fritillaria Gualou powder iontophoresis on the basis of the control group,once a day,20 minutes.Each time,2 patches each time,and the course of treatment in both groups was 7 days.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(94.74%vs 75.01%,P<0.05),and the hospital stay was significantly shorter than the control group[(6.2±0.8)d vs(7.9±1.1)d,P<0.05].There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Fritillaria Gualou powder iontophoresis can improve the clinical efficacy of levofloxacin in the treatment of CAP,and provide a new treatment strategy for the treatment of CAP with integrated traditional chinese and western medicine.
