摘  要:心脏骤停死亡率极高,尽管经过心肺复苏术后,部分患者即刻情况有所改善,但其长期存活率仍然较低,幸存出院的患者也易出现严重的神经功能障碍。因此,早期识别心脏骤停后预后不良的患者,从而针对性采取相应精准治疗手段,对于降低心脏骤停的病死率至关重要。本文以非编码RNA为重点加之神经元特异酶以及传统心脏骤停标志物乳酸的最新研究进展进行综述,讨论它们在心脏骤停后精准医疗中的临床意义。Cardiac arrest(CA)has a extremely high mortality rate.Although the instant condition of some patients improved after cardiopulmonary resuscitation,the long-term survival rate remains very low.In addition,patients who survived to be discharged from the hospital may also be prone to severe neurological dysfunction.Therefore,it's essential to reduce CA mortality rate through early recognizing patients with poor prognosis after CA then taking targeted corresponding precise therapeutic measures.The present article makes a review on latest research progress of non-coding RNA plus neuron-specific enolase and the traditional CA marker lactic acid,discussing their clinical significance in precision medicine after CA.
