摘 要:陈瑶湖流域位于长江北岸,与安徽省铜陵市主城区隔江相望,经过多年治理,流域防洪体系已基本形成。但随着铜陵市“拥江发展”战略的实施,流域现有防洪体系已无法满足铜陵市未来发展形势的需求。系统介绍了陈瑶湖流域水系特点及防洪工程现状,分析了新形势下流域防洪存在的问题和应采取的防洪标准,针对性提出了在维持现有防洪体系的基础上增建排洪泵站的防洪规划方案,并分析计算了需增加的排洪泵站规模,对掌握流域防洪主动权、保障铜陵市拥江发展战略的实施有重要意义。The Chenyao Lake Basin is located on the north bank of the Yangtze River and faces the main urban area of Tongling City across the river.After years of governance,the basin flood control system has basically formed.However,with the implementation of Tongling’s development strategy of embracing the river,the existing flood control system in the basin can no longer meet the needs of Tongling’s future development situation.This paper systematically introduces the characteristics of the Chenyao Lake drainage system and the current situation of flood control projects,analyzes the existing problems of flood control in the basin under the new situation and the flood control standards that should be adopted,puts forward the flood control planning plan of building additional flood discharge pumping stations on the basis of maintaining the existing flood control system,and analyzes and calculates the scale of flood discharge pumping stations that need to be increased,which is of great significance to grasp the initiative of flood control in the basin and ensure the implementation of the riverside development strategy in Tongling City.
