摘　　要：本文通过调研对比首饰企业与院校的首饰制作工艺实训室场地、设备、工具等管理方法,分析不同院校、企业的管理方法的利弊,探究更加合理的院校首饰工作室建设与管理,以实训室设备、工具使用最大化为目的,从教学安排、使用时间、工具管理、设备共享与维护进行分析,为院校首饰实训室建设与管理提供借鉴与参考。This paper explores a more reasonable construction and management of jewelry studios in colleges and universities by investigating and comparing the management methods of jewelry manufacturing technology training rooms,including venues,equipment and tools.In order to maximize the utilization of equipment,tools and venues in the training room,this paper analyzes the teaching arrangement,use time,tool management,equipment sharing and maintenance,and provides reference for the construction and management of jewelry training rooms in colleges and universities.
