摘 要:为了探明添加丁醇对麻风树生物柴油蒸发特性的影响,采用液滴蒸发实验研究丁醇比例为40%的麻风树混合生物柴油在873 K环境温度下蒸发特性,分析了不同的初始体积(0.5μL、0.7μL和0.9μL)对液滴归一化直径、微爆炸强度、微爆炸次数、液滴蒸发时间、液滴蒸发率、不稳定等参数的影响。结果表明:随着丁醇/麻风树生物柴油液滴初始体积的增加,总微爆强度增强,微爆次数增加,液滴不稳定性越差,混合燃油液滴的蒸发率会相应减小,这是由于液滴体积越大,向液滴内部传热的时间越长,汽化潜热的时间越长。In order to investigate the effect of adding butanol on the evaporation characteristics of jatropha biodiesel,the evaporation characteristics of jatropha mixed biodiesel with a proportion of 40%butanol were studied by droplet evaporation experiment at 873 ambient temperature,and the effects of different initial volumes(0.5μL,0.7μL and 0.9μL)on droplet normalization diameter,microburst intensity,microburst times,droplet evaporation time,droplet evaporation rate,instability and other parameters were analyzed.The results showed that with the increase of the initial volume of butanol/jatropha biodiesel droplets,the total microburst intensity increased,the number of microbursts increased,the droplet instability was worse,and the evaporation rate of mixed fuel droplets decreased accordingly,because the larger the droplet volume,the longer the heat transfer time to the droplet and the longer the latent heat vaporization.
