中华草龟眼部病原细菌的分离、鉴定及药敏试验

摘　　要：从患病中华草龟眼部分离纯化病原菌,经过生理生化分析和16S rDNA序列测定以鉴定病原菌种类,并进行8种水产常见抗生素的药物敏感性检测。结果表明,中华草龟眼部患处病原菌为产吲哚金黄杆菌(Chryseobacterium indologenes)及按蚊伊丽莎白菌(Elizabethkingia anophelis);产吲哚金黄杆菌(C.indologenes)及按蚊伊丽莎白菌(E.anophelis)均对恩诺沙星、甲砜霉素、氟苯尼考及盐酸多西环素敏感。The study conducted isolation,purification of pathogens from eyes of sick Chinemys reevesii.The identification of the isolated pathogens was analyzed by biochemical reactions and 16S rDNA gene sequence.In addition,we conducted drugs susceptibility of 8 commonly used aquatic antibiotics.The results showed that the pathogens from eyes of sick Chinemys reevesii were Chryseobacterium indologenes and Elizabethkingia anophelis.Chryseobacterium indologenes and Elizabethkingia anophelis were susceptible to enrofloxacin,thiamphenicol,florfenicol and doxycycline hydrochloride.
