摘  要:采用PCR技术,对海州湾海域野生甲壳动物进行白斑综合征病毒(WSSV)、传染性皮下及造血组织坏死病毒(IHHNV)、虾肝肠胞虫(EHP)、十足目虹彩病毒(DIV1)、对虾急性肝胰腺坏死病(AHPND)病原检测。结果表明,44个野生甲壳动物样品中,阳性7个,占总样品数的15.91%;阳性病原10个,其中WSSV 2个、IHHNV 2个、EHP 3个、DIV13个。鹰爪虾存在不同病原混合感染现象,7个样品中有1个同时感染了DIV1和EHP,1个同时感染IHHNV、EHP和WSSV。日本蟳、三疣梭子蟹均未检出病原。In the research,PCR technology was used to examining the pathogen(WSSV、IHHNV、EHP、DIV1、AHPND)of wild crustaceans in Haizhou Bay.The results showed that seven samples were positive,accounting for 15.91%of the total samples.Ten kinds of pathogens were detected,including white spot syndrome virus(WSSV),infectious hypodermal and hematopoietic necrosis virus(IHHNV),enterocytozoom hepatopenaei(EHP),decapod iridescent virus 1(DIV1),acute hepatopancreatic necrosis disease(AHPND).The results showed that the number of pathogens of WSSV,IHHNV,EHP and DIV1 was 2,2,3 and 3,respectively.The samples of Trachypenaeus curvirostris were infected with different pathogens,one of them was infected with DIV1 and EHP,and one was infected with IHHNV,EHP and WSSV.However,the pathogen was not detected from Charybdis japonica and Charybdis japonica in the present research.
