摘 要:为探明江门某牛蛙养殖场患外头白内障病牛蛙的致病病原,从具有典型歪头白内障病症状的濒死牛蛙脑和内脏组织中,分离到2株优势菌,分别为JM2023A和JM2023B;通过细菌形态、生理生化分析、16S rDNA序列比对确定、系统发育树分析等,鉴定JM2023A菌为米尔伊丽莎白菌,JM2023B菌为肺炎克雷伯菌;对30种药物进行药敏试验,结果表明,2种菌均对多数抗生素耐药。动物回归试验结果显示,米尔伊丽莎白菌和肺炎克雷伯菌均可导致牛蛙患歪头白内障病死亡,其中米尔伊丽莎白菌为主要致病菌,2种菌共同致病时,具有协同作用。In order to investigate the pathogenic pathogen of bullfrog suffering from external cataract disease in a bullfrog farm in Jiangmen,two dominant strains,JM2023A and JM2023B,were isolated from the brain and internal tissues of dying bullfrog with typical symptoms of tilted head cataract disease.JM2023A and JM2023B were identified as Elizabethia milieri and Klebsiella pneumoniae by morphological,physiological and biochemical analysis,16S rDNA sequence comparison and phylogenetic tree analysis.The drug sensitivity test of 30 kinds of drugs showed that the two kinds of bacteria were resistant to most antibiotics.The results of animal regression test showed that both Elisabeth Mille and Klebsiella pneumoniae could cause the death of bullfrog from cataract tilting.Elisabeth Mille was the main pathogenic bacteria,and the two bacteria had a synergic effect when they co-caused the disease.
