摘　　要：大学生参与高校管理的法制化是我国高等教育改革发展的必然趋势,是依法治校和民主治校的需要,也是提升高校管理效率和服务质量、培养高素质专业人才、维护学生合法权益的必然要求。但在现实生活中,大学生高校管理参与权法制保障主要存在法律规定不够明确、行使的程序不够完善、行使的效果差强人意、救济的路径不够畅通的问题。因此,明确细化大学生高校管理参与权利的相关立法、建构权利行使的正当程序、保障权利有效行使、打通权利救济的渠道是推进高校学生管理工作法制化的重要途径。The legalization of university students'participation in university management is an inevitable trend of China's higher education reform and development,a need to rule the university according to law and democracy,and an inevitable requirement to improve the efficiency of university management and service quality,cultivate high-quality professional talents and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of students.However,in real life,the legal guarantee of college students'right to participate in college management mainly has the problems that the legal provisions are not clear enough;the procedure of exercising is not perfect enough;the effect of exercising is not satisfactory enough and the path of redress is not smooth enough.Therefore,it is an important way to promote the legalization of college student management by clarifying and refining the legislation related to the right of college students to participate in college management,constructing the proper procedures for the exercise of rights,guaranteeing the effective exercise of rights,and opening up the channels for the redress of rights.
