摘　　要：总结1例中老年男性自发性食管下段破裂,术后并发胸腔感染的护理经验。护理要点主要包括:胸腔冲洗的护理,呼吸道的护理,心理护理,营养支持护理,皮肤护理以及疾病的预防与健康宣教。通过医护密切协作和ICU护士的精心护理,有效控制了患者的胸腔感染,并且未有其他并发症的发生。经过在ICU中9 d的治疗与护理,患者顺利转出ICU后痊愈出院。To summarize the experience of nursing a middle-aged and elderly man with spontaneous lower esophageal rupture and postoperative chest infection.Nursing points primarily involved thoracic cavity irrigation,respiratory tract nursing care,psychological care,nutritional support care,skin care,disease prevention,and health education.The chest infection was effectively treated without other consequences due to tight collaboration between doctors and nurses,as well as the diligent nursing of ICU nurses.The patient was successfully transferred out of ICU and discharged after 9 days of therapy and nursing.
