摘 要:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)作为生产量最大的塑料制品之一,其对环境造成的负担逐渐加重,如何处理塑料废弃物成为焦点问题。目前,生物酶降解法被认为是最理想的处理方法,其环保无污染的特征符合当下人们对绿色生态的追求。本文介绍了PET及其主要降解酶——角质酶和PETase水解酶;同时重点阐述了提高PET水解酶降解效率的方法及改造策略,并对PET水解酶的发展提出展望。Polyethylene terephthalate(PET)is one of the largest production of plastic products,its environmental burden is gradually increasing,and how to deal with plastic waste becomes a focus issue.At present,the bioenzyme degradation method is considered to be the most ideal treatment method,and its environmental protection and pollution-free characteristics are in line with the current pursuit of green ecology.This paper introduced PET and its main degrading enzymes,cutinase and PETase hydrolase.At the same time,the methods and modification strategies to improve the degradation efficiency of PET hydrolase were emphatically described,and the prospect of the development of PET hydrolase was also put forward.
