当代生态小说中的“老者”形象研究

摘　　要：当代作家从生态整体主义的理念出发,关爱每一个生命,借助具有生态意识的“老者”形象,对破坏生态环境的现象展开批判和反思。“老者”是真正具有生态观念的人,他们平等看待和关爱动物,劝导为经济利益所蒙蔽双眼的年轻人要爱护动物。当代作家通过对“老者”形象的书写,反对将人类与动物对立起来,以及仅把动物当作谋取经济效益的工具行为,期望增强当代人的生态意识、忧患意识和社会责任感,深刻认识人类中心主义的危害和生态保护的重要性与紧迫性,以此重铸生态整体主义。Contemporary ecological novels appear to criticize the current uncontrolled destruction of the earth′s ecology.By creating an ecological-consciousness image of an old person,the writers aim to warn people that the control of non-human life such as nature and animals can threaten humanity itself.Through the image of the old person with ecological concepts,they criticize binary opposition and anthropocentrism and oppose the behavior of setting animals against humans and treating animals solely as tools to pursue economic benefits.These old people,keeping in mind a true concept of universal love,treat animals and humans equally and patiently persuade young people who are blinded by economic interests.They start with the idea of ecological holism to care for every life.Through an analysis of the image of the old person involved in the novel,the author hopes that the contemporary awareness of concern and social responsibility will be enhanced,and the harm of anthropocentrism and the importance and urgency of ecological protection will be recognized.
