摘　　要：介绍云南西双版纳自然保护区与老挝等东盟国家开展跨境保护合作的历程、方式、效果等情况。对其中存在的生态环境保护能力有差距、相关法律制度规范缺失、资金支持不足、小语种和专业技术人才缺乏等阻碍深度合作的问题进行分析,藉此提出创新合作思路、开拓发展空间、多层次开展合作,建设跨国国家公园,建立林业跨境合作绿色通道和人才培养专项基金等对策、建议。This paper introduced the history,methods,and effects of cross-border cooperative protection between Xishuangbanna Nature Reserve in Yunnan and ASEAN countries such as Laos.By analyzing the problems hindering deep cooperation,such as gaps in ecological and environmental protection capabilities,lack of relevant legal and institutional norms,insufficient financial support,and lack of minority languages and professional technical talents,this paper suggested to innovate cooperation ideas,expand development space,and carry out multi-level cooperation,build cross-border national parks,establish green channels for forestry cross-border cooperation,and establish a special fund for talent cultivation.
