摘  要:在上海松江区新浜镇开展32000 IU/mg苏云金杆菌可湿性粉剂、1%苦皮藤素水乳剂和80亿孢子/mL金龟子绿僵菌可分散油悬浮剂3种生物药剂采用拌种或喷雾方式防治小青菜黄曲条跳甲的效果试验。拌种试验结果表明,播种后14 d,苦皮藤素水乳剂和金龟子绿僵菌可分散油悬浮剂对跳甲的防效分别是70.9%和60%,对照药剂10%溴氰虫酰胺可分散油悬浮剂和100 g/L溴虫氟苯双酰胺悬浮剂对跳甲的防效分别是72.73%和76.36%,苏云金杆菌可湿性粉剂的防效最差,为20%。药剂喷雾试验结果表明,药剂处理7 d后,3种生物药剂对黄曲条跳甲均有一定的防效,其中苦皮藤素和金龟子绿僵菌处理防效分别为50.91%和61.82%;对照药剂溴氰虫酰胺和溴虫氟苯双酰胺的防效分别为67.27和74.55%。The efficacy of three biological agents,32000 IU/mg Bacillus thuringiensis wettable powders(WP),1%celangulin emulsions,oil in water(EW)and 8 billion spores/mL Metarhizium anisopliae oil dispersions(OD),were evaluated for controlling Phyllotreta striolata by seed dressing or spray in Xinbang Town,Songjiang District,Shanghai.In the seed dressing test,14 days after treatment,the control effect for P.striolata was 70.9%for 1%celangulin EW and 60%for 8 billion spores/mL Metarhizium anisopliae OD.The control effect is 72.73%for 10%cyantraniliprole OD and 76.36%for 100 g/L broflanilide SC in controlling flea armor.Bacillus thuringiensis WP,at a concentration of 32000 IU/mg,exhibited a low control of 20%against P.striolata.In the spray test,7 days after treatment,the control effect for P.striolata was 50.91%for 1%celangulin EW and 61.82%for 8 billion spores/mL Metarhizium anisopliae OD.For flea armor,the control effect was 67.27 for 10%cyantraniliprole OD and 74.55%for 100 g/L broflanilide SC.Bacillus thuringiensis WP,at a concentration of 32000 IU/mg,showed a lower control effect of 40%against P.striolata.
