摘　　要：本文采用2016—2020年县域面板数据,从场景嵌入的角度探讨了农村电商发展对县域数字普惠金融发展的影响。研究发现,农村电商发展有助于提升县域数字普惠金融发展水平;就细分指标而言,农村电商发展对县域数字普惠金融的覆盖广度、使用深度和数字化程度均有显著正向影响,从而验证了数字金融发展的场景嵌入机理。进一步研究发现,农村电商发展对县域数字普惠金融发展的促进作用主要出现在市场化程度高、产品市场和要素市场发展程度高、法治水平高的地区以及南方地区;农村电商发展也能够显著降低金融发展面临的地理排斥。鉴于此,推动县域数字普惠金融发展,应该注重农村电商等数字乡村场景建设,同时地方政府也应提升法治化、市场化水平,以优化金融发展环境。Using county panel data from 2016 to 2020,this paper explores the impact of rural e-commerce development on the development of digital inclusive finance in counties from the perspective of scene embedding.The study finds that rural e-commerce development helps to improve the level of digital financial inclusion in the county;as far as the breakdown indicators are concerned,the development of rural e-commerce has a significant positive impact on the breadth of coverage,depth of use,and degree of digitization of digital inclusive finance in the county,thus validating the scene-embedded mechanism of digital financial development.Further research finds that the facilitating effect of rural e-commerce development on the development of digital inclusive finance in counties is mainly found in areas with a high degree of marketization,a high degree of development of product and factor markets,and a high level of the rule of law,as well as in the southern region;rural e-commerce development can also significantly reduce the geographical exclusion faced by financial development.In view of this,promoting the development of digital inclusive finance in counties should focus on the construction of rural e-commerce and other digital countryside scenarios,and at the same time,local governments should also improve the level of rule of law and marketization in order to optimize the financial development environment.
