摘　　要：人工单价是影响预算定额子目基价的一项重要组成部分,加氢安装工程作为一种新兴行业,市场人工单价与定额人工单价出现较大的差异。通过对比分析石油化工行业预算定额人工单价与氢能安装行业市场人工单价的成因、组成、特点,寻找二者之间的差异,提出定额人工单价的优化策略,使加氢安装工程预算定额的人工单价更能反映工人的实际平均工资水平,更好地推动加氢安装工程预算定额的编制工作,有序地指导加氢安装工程的开展。Labor unit price is an important part of the base price affecting the budget quota subheading,hydrogenation installation engineering as an emerging industry,the market labor unit price and fixed labor unit price has a large difference.By comparing and analyzing the causes,composition and characteristics of the labor unit price of the budget quota of the petrochemical industry and the artificial unit price of the hydrogen energy installation industry market,the difference between the two is found,and the optimization strategy of the fixed labor unit price is proposed,so that the labor unit price of the budget quota of the hydrogen installation project can better reflect the actual average wage level of workers,better promote the preparation of the budget quota of the hydrogen installation project,and guide the development of the hydrogen refueling installation project in an orderly manner.
