摘  要:随着我国工业化的发展,市场定制化、需求个性化的订单数量上升,离散制造型企业的数量也开始与日俱增。因此,为有效提升产线之间、产线与线边仓之间的快速高效搬运,基于智能制造理念进行基地线边仓回收物流设计,已然成为了当前一个亟需加以深入研究的话题。本文以某企业的线边仓回收物流现状为例,通过对其当前存在的问题进行分析,指出导致问题发生的缘由,并设计一套可行性较高的方案,旨在为基地线边仓回收物流优化工作带来一定的参考与借鉴。With the development of industrialization in China,the number of orders with customized market and personalized demand has increased,and the number of discrete manufacturing enterprises has also begun to increase day by day.Therefore,in order to effectively improve the fast and efficient transportation between production lines and between production lines and edge warehouses,the design of base line edge warehouse recycling logistics based on intelligent manufacturing concepts has become an urgent topic that needs in-depth research.This article takes the current situation of a certain enterprise's edge warehouse recycling logistics as an example,analyzes its current problems,points out the causes of the problems,and designs a feasible solution,aiming to provide some reference for the optimization of the base's edge warehouse recycling logistics.
