装载机联合掘进机快速施工技术在联巷中的运用

摘　　要：中煤蒙大矿业纳林河煤矿二号矿井在井田场地布局有4个立井,在生产中,为方便两条大巷施工过程中的运输、检修、联系,需要开通若干互通联巷。因为联巷与大巷之间角度几乎全部为直角或锐角,无法采用掘进机连接皮带直接施工。基于现场条件所限,施工单位在没有先例的情况下,经过技术人员与现场工人的反复实践研究,探索出运用现有设备快速进行联巷施工技术。项目对掘进机进行技术改造,采用轮胎式防爆装载机铲煤,配合卸载漏斗皮带运输,合理生产组织正规循环作业,取得了很好的实施效果,安全快速地完成了联巷生产施工的任务。In order to facilitate the transportation,maintenance and connection during the construction of the two main roadways,it is necessary to open a number of connecting roadways in production.Because the angle between the combined roadway and the main roadway is almost all right angle or acute angle,it is impossible to use the roadheader connecting belt direct construction.Based on the limit of the site condition,the construction unit,without precedent,after repeated practice of technicians and site workers,explored the use of existing equipment for rapid combined roadway construction technology.The project has carried on the technical transformation to the roadheader,adopted the tire type explosion-proof loader to shovel the coal,cooperated with the unloading hopper belt transportation,reasonably organized the regular circulation operation,and obtained the very good implementation effect,safe and rapid completion of the joint roadway production and construction tasks.
