摘  要:本文主要介绍了在新建六宾高速公路LBTJ1标段六屋郁江特大桥(129+238+129)m连续梁施工中,由于该连续梁为跨度超过200m的超大跨度梁体,不但施工安全风险高,而且对梁体线性及施工质量也提出了很高要求。为确保该连续梁施工安全可控,同时使得梁体外观及线形满足要求,项目部对连续梁施工中的关键工序进行严格把控,对挂篮受力及变形进行认真复核,同时对梁体线形进行严格监测。通过一系列措施,不但安全顺利地完成了该超大跨度连续梁的施工,而且施工后的梁体外观质量及线形均满足相关要求。该超大跨度连续梁施工所涉及的相关技术也为后续类似施工提供了借鉴和参考。This article mainly introduces the construction of the Liuwu Yujiang Extra Large Bridge(129+238+129)m continuous beam in the LBTJ1 section of the newly built Liubin Expressway.As the continuous beam is a super large span beam with a span exceeding 200m,not only is the construction safety risk high,but also high requirements are put forward for the beam linearity and construction quality.To ensure the safety and controllability of the continuous beam construction,and to ensure that the appearance and shape of the beam meet the requirements,the project department strictly controls the key processes during the continuous beam construction,carefully reviews the stress and deformation of the hanging basket,and strictly monitors the beam shape.Through a series of measures,not only was the construction of the super large span continuous beam safely and smoothly completed,but the appearance quality and alignment of the beam after construction also met relevant requirements.The relevant technologies involved in the construction of this ultra large span continuous beam also provide reference for similar constructions in the future.
