摘　　要：为解决特高压换流站施工招标过程中的标段划分及调整不灵活、工程量清单编制效率低下、招标限价与同口径概算对比不方便等问题,本文提出通过工程量清单模块化思想研究编制特高压换流站标准化工程量清单,从而达到提高施工招标效率、快速切分及调整各施工标段范围、提升各标段招标工程量清单的编制效率及准确性、准确分析招标限价与初设概算之间的差异等效果,并根据模块化工程量清单成果来阐述其在具体换流站工程中如何应用。In order to solve the problems of inflexible division and adjustment of bid sections during the construction bidding process of ultra-high voltage converter stations,low efficiency in compiling bill of quantities,and inconvenient comparison between bidding price limits and estimates of the same caliber,this article proposes to study and prepare standardized bill of quantities for ultra-high voltage converter stations through the modular concept of bill of quantities,in order to improve the efficiency of construction bidding,quickly divide and adjust the scope of each construction bid section,improve the efficiency and accuracy of compiling the bidding bill of quantities for each section,and accurately analyze the differences between the bidding price limit and the initial design estimate.And based on the results of the modular engineering quantity list,explain how it is applied in specific converter station projects.
