摘 要:通过光学显微镜、激光粒度仪、测时仪法和铅柱压缩法测试了不同转速制备的现场混装乳化炸药样品的微观结构、内相粒径分布、爆速和猛度,采用理论计算与实验测试相结合的方法,研究内相粒径对现场混装乳化炸药爆炸性能的影响。结果表明,对于相同敏化剂含量的现场混装乳化炸药,其密度、爆速和猛度均随着炸药样品内相粒径的增大而减小;在炸药内相粒径由14.01μm减至4.99μm且敏化剂质量分数由0.9%减至0.3%的过程中,爆速由3450 m/s增至3981 m/s,最大爆速为最小爆速的1.15倍,猛度由6.22 mm增至13.63 mm,最大猛度为最小猛度的2.19倍。基于本实验条件,应合理控制现场混装乳化炸药的内相粒径及敏化剂含量,以确保现场混装乳化炸药具有良好的爆炸性能。The microstructure,internal phase particle size distribution,detonation velocity and brisance of on-site mixed emulsion explosive samples prepared at different rotational speeds were tested by optical microscope,laser particle size analyzer,time measuring instrument and lead column compression method.The influence of internal phase particle size on the explosion performance of on-site mixed emulsion explosive was studied by combining theoretical calculation with experimental test.The results show that the density,detonation velocity and brisance of on-site mixed emulsion explosive with the same sensitizer content all decrease with the increase of internal phase particle size of explosive sample.When the particle size of the explosive decreases from 14.01μm to 4.99μm and the mass fraction of the sensitizer decreases from 0.9%to 0.3%,the detonation velocity increases from 3450 m/s to 3981 m/s,where the maximum detonation velocity is 1.15 times of the minimum detonation velocity.Also,the brisance increases from 6.22 mm to 13.63 mm,where the maximum brisance is 2.19 times of the minimum brisance.Based on the experimental conditions,the internal phase particle size and sensitizer content of on-site mixed emulsion explosive should be reasonably controlled to ensure good explosive performance.
