摘 要:为促进钢铁企业的可持续发展,本文提出一种高炉炼铁工艺节能减排技术。利用热压含炭球团技术,对入炉的钢铁冶炼材料热处理;结合高炉透气性指数和高炉煤气利用率,优化球团矿配比;对高炉炼铁流程进行优化,实现冶炼气体二次利用目的;通过提升高炉冶炼风温,促进热风炉本体的热效率和热风系统热效率提升,实现高炉冶炼的节能降耗。通过实例验证,新的冶炼技术可以有效提高高炉燃料比,降低废弃物排放浓度,满足钢铁企业绿色冶炼要求,实现节能减排。To promote the sustainable development of steel enterprises,this article proposes an energy-saving and emission reduction technology for blast furnace ironmaking process.Using hot pressed carbon containing pellet technology to heat treat the steel smelting materials that are fed into the furnace;Optimize the pellet ratio by combining the blast furnace permeability index and blast furnace gas utilization rate;Optimize the blast furnace ironmaking process to achieve the goal of secondary utilization of smelting gas;By increasing the blast furnace smelting air temperature,promoting the thermal efficiency of the hot blast furnace body and the thermal efficiency of the hot blast system,achieving energy conservation and consumption reduction in blast furnace smelting.Through example verification,the new smelting technology can effectively improve the fuel ratio of blast furnaces,reduce the concentration of waste emissions,meet the green smelting requirements of steel enterprises,and achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.
