摘  要:钢铁冶金企业加料区域冶金铸造起重机在往转炉兑加铁水作业工序过程中,经常发生由于火焰大造成润滑管路高温烘烤现象,靠近起重机转炉侧润滑管路内的润滑脂经常在高温的环境下形成硬化堵塞。由于常规电动集中润滑系统没有故障监测功能,系统管路堵塞故障不易判断,造成部分润滑点润滑效果差,因此需要改进设置,增加具有智能检测功能的智能润滑系统,及时检测润滑系统故障点,消除故障,保证冶金铸造起重机稳定运行。During the process of adding molten iron to the converter by the metallurgical casting crane in the feeding area of steel and metallurgical enterprises,the phenomenon of high-temperature baking of the lubrication pipeline often occurs due to the high flame.The lubricating grease in the lubrication pipeline near the converter side of the crane often forms hardening blockages in the high-temperature environment.Due to the lack of fault monitoring function in conventional electric centralized lubrication systems,it is difficult to diagnose system pipeline blockage faults,resulting in poor lubrication performance at some lubrication points.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the settings,add intelligent lubrication systems with intelligent detection function,timely detect lubrication system fault points,eliminate faults,and ensure the stable operation of metallurgical casting cranes.
