摘 要:为了实现电子分析天平的快速以及准确称量,依据电子天平的称量原理,提出了一种带有等价输入干扰估计器的复合控制方法。对已建模的电子分析天平采用数字前馈控制,并使用干扰估计器对系统中未建模部分及参数摄动等干扰进行补偿,通过数字前馈和等价输入干扰估计器的控制策略来获取快速准确的称量数据。使用Matlab进行仿真验证,其仿真结果表明,该方法提高了称量稳定性,缩短了系统的稳定调节时间,且具有较强的适应模型能力及抗干扰能力,示值误差优于国家标准JJG 1036—2022《电子天平检定规程》规定的I级天平指标,可提供准确的称量值。In order to realize fast and accurate weighing of electronic analytical balance,a compound control method with equivalent input disturbance estimator was proposed according to the weighing principle of electronic balance.The digital feedforward control was adopted for the modeled electronic analytical balance,and the disturbance estimator was used to compensate the unmodeled part and parameter perturbation in the system.The fast and accurate weighing data was obtained through the control strategy of digital feedforward and equivalent input disturbance estimator.Using Matlab for simulation verification,the simulation results showed that this method improved weighing stability,shortened the stable adjustment time of the system,and had strong adaptability to the model and anti-interference ability.The indication error is better than the Class I balance index specified in the national standard"JJG 1036—2022 Electronic Balance Verification Regulations",and could provide accurate weighing values.
