摘 要:评定电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定生活饮用水中钡含量的不确定度。根据JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》对各个不确定度来源(包括采样、样品保存、系列标准溶液的配制、校准曲线拟合和测量重复性)进行分析和量化,获得扩展不确定度。生活饮用水中钡的扩展不确定度为2.9μg/L,钡的测量结果为(50.3±2.9)μg/L。结果表明,方法的不确定度主要来源于系列标准溶液配制过程。The uncertainty was evaluated for the determination of barium in drinking water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).According to JJF 1059.1—2012 Evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement,various sources of uncertainty including sampling,sample storage,preparation of standard series solutions,fitting of calibration curve and reproducibility of measurement results were analyzed and quantified,the relative expanded uncertainty was obtained.The expanded uncertainty of barium in drinking water was 2.9μg/L,and the measurement result of barium was(50.3±2.9)μg/L.The results showed that the main source of uncertainty of this method was the preparation of standard series solutions.
