摘 要:介绍近10年来现代分析技术在中药药效成分检出中的研究进展情况,为中药药效基础研究提供现代分析技术的方法与思路。以高效液相色谱、气相色谱为代表的色谱分析技术具有选择性好、灵敏度高、分离效能优等特点,在中药药效成分检出中应用甚为广泛,但是由于缺少物质结构分析功能,检出的中药药效成分中有很多未知物质;以高效液相色谱-质谱法、气相色谱-质谱法为代表的色谱-质谱联用技术既可以实现对中药药效组分的检出,也可以对未知药效物质进行结构分析和确认,是未来中药药效成分检出的有效手段和必然趋势;光谱技术和核磁共振波谱技术具有定性和定量功能,同时也可以进行结构分析,但是同毛细管电泳法、高速逆流色谱法等现代分析技术一样,应用成果较少。The research progress of modern analytical techniques in the detection of pharmacodynamic components of traditional Chinese medicines in the past ten years was introduced,which provided methods of modern analytical techniques for basic research on the pharmacodynamics of traditional Chinese medicines.The chromatographic analysis technology represented by HPLC and GC had the characteristics of good selectivity,high sensitivity and excellent separation efficiency,which were widely used in the detection of pharmacodynamic components of traditional Chinese medicine,but due to the lack of structural analysis function,there were many substances with unknown names in the pharmacodynamic components of traditional Chinese medicine;chromatography-mass combination technology represented by HPLC-MS,GC-MS and ICP-MS could not only realize the detection of pharmacodynamic components in traditional Chinese medicines,but also analyze and confirm the structure of unknown pharmacodynamic substances,which was an effective means and inevitable trend for the detection of pharmacodynamic components of traditional Chinese medicines in the future;spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy had qualitative and quantitative functions,which could also be used for structural analysis,but same as modern analytical techniques such as capillary electrophoresis and high-speed countercurrent chromatography,the application results were rare..
