社会网络关系影响国际企业绩效的作用机制研究

摘　　要：从社会网络关系与企业绩效角度出发,选择沿海省份国际企业集群作为主要研究对象,并根据企业资源理论提出三种假设,建立多元回归分析模型。同时建立了符合国际企业现状的关系资源变量体系,进行回归分析。回归分析结果显示:国际企业和客户之间的良好关系对企业的绩效产生了显著正向影响,显著性水平为0.000,标准化路径系数值为0.591。而国际企业和供应商之间的良好关系对企业的绩效产生了显著正向影响,显著性水平为0.000,标准化路径系数值为0.601。最后国际企业和政府之间的良好关系对企业的绩效也产生了显著正向影响,显著性水平为0.001,标准化路径系数值为0.668。研究提出的三个假设均成立。From the perspective of social network relationship and enterprise performance,the study selects international enterprise clusters in coastal provinces as the main research object,and puts forward three assumptions based on enterprise resource theory,and establishes a multiple regression analysis model.At the same time,a relational resource variable system that is consistent with the current situation of international enterprises is established for regression analysis.The regression analysis results show that the good relationship between international enterprises and customers has a significant positive impact on the performance of enterprises,with a significance level of 0.000 and a standardized path coefficient value of 0.591.The good relationship between international enterprises and suppliers has a significant positive impact on the performance of enterprises,with a significance level of 0.000 and a standardized path coefficient of 0.601.Finally,the good relationship between international enterprises and the government also has a significant positive impact on the performance of enterprises,with a significance level of 0.001 and a standardized path coefficient of 0.668.The three hypotheses put forward in the study are all valid.
