摘 要:乙二醇和硬脂酸在酸催化下可发生酯化反应生成乙二醇硬脂酸酯,传统的催化剂常采用浓硫酸、磷酸等液体酸,这种液体酸催化制得的产物颜色深,分离不完全,还会造成环境污染,不符合绿色化学的理念,因而人们开始不断研制各种新型催化剂,如固体酸、酸性离子液体等。探讨了固体酸为催化剂时乙二醇和硬脂酸的酯化反应,通过正交实验法研究了反应条件对产物的颜色和产率的影响,最终获得了最佳反应条件。研究发现:这种固体酸催化制备的产物颜色浅,产率高,副反应少,催化剂可重复利用;在最佳反应条件(反应温度为160℃、反应物配比为1∶1.06、反应时间为4 h、催化剂用量为1.6 g)下,产率可达95.23%。Ethylene glycol and stearic acid can be esterified under acid catalysis to produce ethylene glycol stearate.In traditional preparation methods,liquid acids such as concentrated sulfuric acid,phosphoric acid and so on are often used as catalysts.The product catalyzed by this liquid acid is dark color,cannot be separated completely and will cause environmental pollution,which does not accord with the concept of green chemistry.Therefore,a variety of new catalysts such as solid acid,acidic ionic liquid and so on have been continuously developed.The esterification of ethylene glycol and stearic acid with solid acid as catalyst was studied in this paper.The effect of reaction conditions on the color and yield of the product was studied by orthogonal experiment,and the optimum reaction conditions were obtained.The results show that the products prepared by solid acid catalyst are light in color,high in yield,less in side reaction,and the catalyst can be reused.Under the optimum reaction conditions(the reaction temperature is 160℃,the ratio of reactant is 1∶1.06,the reaction time is 4 h and the catalyst dosage is 1.6 g),the yield reached 95.23%.
