摘 要:针对风机盘管空调系统,建立冷水系统用能设备(主要为冷水机组、冷水泵、风机盘管)功耗模型。结合核电站核岛厂房冷负荷特点,针对原方案提出优化方案1、2,以用能设备总功耗最低为目标,采用遗传算法计算方案在负荷率60%~100%范围内的用能设备总功耗、分项功耗。与原方案相比,优化方案1冷水泵采用变频运行,通过调节供水温度、冷水流量、风机盘管送风量,改变风机盘管送风温度,适应负荷变化。优化方案2在优化方案1基础上,对常温房间(供冷室内设计温度为26~29℃)、高温房间(供冷室内设计温度大于等于30℃)分别配置冷水机组。3种方案用能设备总功耗均随负荷率增大而增大。负荷率一定时,原方案用能设备总功耗最高,优化方案1、2的用能设备总功耗均低于原方案,且基本接近。与原方案相比,两种优化方案的节能率均在10%左右。与原方案相比,虽然优化方案2在冷水机组方面不具备节能效果,但在冷水泵、风机盘管方面具有显著节能效果。For the fan coil air conditioning system,the power consumption model of the energy-consuming equipment of the cooling water system(mainly water chiller,cold water pump and fan coil)is established.Combined with the characteristics of the cooling load of the nuclear island plant of the nuclear power plant,the optimization schemes 1 and 2 are proposed for the original scheme.With the goal of the lowest total power consumption of the energy-consuming equipment,the genetic algorithm is used to calculate the total power consumption and sub-power consumption of the energy-consuming equipment in the range of 60%to 100%of the load rate.Compared with the original scheme,the cold water pump in the optimization scheme 1 adopts frequency conversion operation,and changes the air supply temperature of the fan coil by adjusting the water supply temperature,cold water flow,and fan coil air supply volume to adapt to the load change.On the basis of the optimization scheme 1,the optimization scheme 2 configures water chillers for room with normal temperature(design temperature of cooling room is 26 to 29℃)and room with high temperature(design temperature of cooling room is greater than or equal to 30℃).The total power consumption of energy-consuming equipment in the three schemes increases with the increase of load rate.When the load rate is fixed,the total power consumption of the energyconsuming equipment in the original scheme is the highest,and the total power consumption of the energyconsuming equipment in the optimized schemes 1 and 2 is lower than that in the original scheme respectively,and both is basically close.Compared with the original scheme,the energy saving rate of the two optimization schemes is about 10%.Compared with the original scheme,although the optimization scheme 2 has no energy-saving effect on the water chiller,it has significant energy-saving effect on the cold water pump and fan coil.
