摘  要:以实验动物屏障环境作为研究对象。在可保证与屏障环境有着相同环境技术指标的实验舱内,以烟雾发生器产生的细颗粒物作为污染源,得到细颗粒物的释放速率。以实验舱为基础建立屏障环境模型,利用Fluent软件对屏障环境内细颗粒物去除过程进行模拟,研究不同通风方式下屏障环境内气流流线,以及通风方式、换气次数对屏障环境内细颗粒物去除效果的影响。采用侧送风侧排风通风方式时,气流经送风口送出后,大部分流向了排风口,屏障环境内气流流向大致统一,有较少的回流气流。采用顶送风四周墙角排风通风方式时,少部分气流会从地面卷起产生向顶部方向的回流,导致一部分细颗粒物跟随气流在室内流动。屏障环境内细颗粒物去除效果与通风方式有着较强相关性,当采用气流单一流向的通风方式(如侧送风侧排风通风方式)时,更容易将细颗粒物有效排出屏障环境,不会造成细颗粒物大范围扩散。无论在细颗粒物释放阶段,还是释放结束后,相同时间,换气次数越大屏障环境内平均细颗粒物质量浓度越小。大换气次数可使屏障环境洁净度在短时间内达到要求。The barrier environment of experimental animals is used as the research object.In the experimental chamber that can guarantee the same environmental technical indicators as the barrier environment,the release rate of fine particulate matter is obtained by using the fine particulate matter produced by the smoke generator as the pollution source.Based on the experimental cabin,the barrier environment model is established,and the removal process of fine particulate matter in the barrier environment is simulated by using Fluent software.The air flow streamline in the barrier environment under different ventilation modes,as well as the influence of ventilation mode and air change rate on the removal effect of fine particulate matter in the barrier environment are studied.When the side air supply and side air exhaust ventilation mode is adopted,most of the air flow flows to the exhaust outlet after it is sent out through the air supply outlet,and the air flow direction in the barrier environment is roughly uniform,with less return air flow.When the top air supply and corner air exhaust ventilation mode is adopted,a small part of the air flow will roll up from the ground to produce a return flow to the top direction,resulting in a part of fine particulate matter to flow with the air flow in the room.The removal effect of fine particulate matter in the barrier environment has a strong correlation with the ventilation mode.When the ventilation mode with single air flow direction(such as side air supply and side air exhaust ventilation mode)is adopted,it is easier to effectively discharge fine particulate matter from the barrier environment,and it will not cause the wide spread of fine particulate matter.At the same time,the larger the air change rate,the smaller the average mass concentration of fine particulate matter in the barrier environment,whether at the release stage of fine particulate matter or after the release.The large air change rate can make the cleanliness of the barrier environment meet the requirements in
