摘　　要：通过分析政策文件、法律法规、标准规范中关于直供用户的内容,对直供项目设计提出建议:如果贸易交接计量装置设置在起点,建议按照公用管道设计,由住建部门监管;如果贸易交接计量装置设置在用气企业厂界内,则建议按照长输管道设计,由发改(能源)部门监管。By analyzing the content of direct supply users in policy documents,laws and regulations,and standard specifications,suggestions are made for the design of direct supply projects.If the custody transfer metering device is installed at the starting point,it is recommended to design it according to the public pipeline and be supervised by the housing and construction department;if the custody transfer metering device is installed within the boundary of the gas-consuming enterprise,it is recommended to design it according to the long-distance pipeline and be supervised by the development and reform(energy)department.
