摘　　要：在实施高等教育过程当中,单向度地提升大学生知识文化水平,忽视其法律素质培育,既会削弱大学生群体的整体法律意识,还会对社会埋下严重的风险隐患,因此,有必要在“大思政”背景下,通过外部环境、课程教学、社会实践、就业指导、产学研合作等多个维度,探索提升大学生法律素质的现实路径,这对提升全体公民的法律素质都是大有裨益的。In the process of implementing higher education,only enhancing the knowledge and culture of college students and ignoring the cultivation of their legal qualities not only weakens the legal awareness of college students,but also poses a serious threat to society.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the paths to improve the legal quality of college students in the aspects of external environment,curriculum teaching,social practice,employment guidance,industry-university cooperation and other dimensions under the background of“great ideological and political courses”,which is beneficial to the improvement of people’s legal quality.
