摘 要:渤海部分油田存在多个厚度薄、规模小、不具备单独开发价值的储层,利用水平套管井压裂配套技术,可以有效地将多个不同层系一起开发,还可通过选择性射孔,有效避射水层,提高控水效果。综合考虑地层结构与物性,充分利用泥岩夹层实现各砂体的层间分隔和分采,针对各小层分别实施压裂;以无固相弱凝胶EZFLOW射孔液体系为基础,采用无机盐复配方式改进配方,形成满足储层需求的新型射孔液体系;通过添加抑制剂优化升级压裂液体系,提高滤失性能;改进国产压裂工具,增设下压定位器,增加备用反循环通道。渤海C油田C7H井产层段钻遇2个砂体,流体性质、油藏特征差异大,两套流体系统表现为一砂一藏的特点。利用储层中段的泥岩夹层将整个水平段分隔为2层开采,运用水平套管井压裂配套技术对C7H井实施治理。现场应用表明,该技术可有效解决水平段钻遇多套层系,尤其是钻遇泥岩夹层较多的底水油藏开发难的问题,控水效果良好。C7H井成功投产,配产油70m3/d,实际日产油从90m3/d逐步提高至162m3/d,并在日产油100m3/d之上稳产26个月,期间最高含水率仅为7.3%。Some oil fields in the Bohai Sea have multiple reservoirs that are thin,small in scale,and have no independent development value.Fracturing supporting technology for horizontal casing wells is used to effectively develop multiple different layers together,and to effectively avoid water layers through selective perforation for improving the water control effect.Formation structure and physical properties are considered comprehensively,mudstone interlayers are made full use to achieve inter-layer separation and producing of each sand body,and fracturing may be done for each layer.Based on the solid-free weak gel EZFLOW perforating fluid system,the formula is improved by compounding with inorganic salts to form a new perforating fluid that meets the needs of the reservoirs.Fracturing fluid system is optimized and upgraded by adding inhibitors to improve filter loss performance.Domestic fracturing tools are improved with depressed positioner and alternate reverse circulation channel added.Two sand bodies are drilled at pay zones in Well C7H of Bohai C Oilfield,whose characteristics are great various on fluid properties and reservoir characteristics,and there are two fluid systems characterized by one sandstone and one reservoir.The mudstone interlayers in the middle section of the reservoirs are used to divide the entire horizontal section into two layers for producing,and fracturing supporting technology for the horizontal casing wells is applied to the Well C7H.Field application shows that this technology can effectively solve the problem of being difficult to develop in bottom water reservoirs when multiple sets of strata in the horizontal section,especially many mudstone interlayers are drilled.The water control effect is good.Well C7H is successfully put into production with rationing production of 70m3/d,and the actual daily oil production increased from 90m3/d to 162m3/d gradually.The daily oil production is stable above 100m3/d for 26 months with the highest water cut during the period being only 7.3%.
