高原液化石油气管道的腐蚀现状与防护

摘　　要：昌都市主要的燃料源为由液化石油气站供应的液化石油气,其站内管道发生腐蚀失效将产生严重的事故后果。文中针对高原环境的特点对在用液化石油管道腐蚀现状进行调查,对架空管道和埋地管道分别进行了腐蚀原因分析。从隔绝阳光直射、做好涂层防护、增加管道阴极保护系统等方面提出防护措施,以期为保持液化石油气管道的使用性能、保障周边居民的生命财产安全提供参考价值。The main fuel source of Changdu is liquefied petroleum gas supplied by liquefied petroleum gas stations.The corrosion failure of the liquefied petroleum gas pipeline in the station will cause serious accident consequences.According to the characteristics of plateau environment,the corrosion status of in-service liquefied petroleum pipeline is investigated,and the corrosion causes of overhead pipeline and buried pipeline are analyzed respectively.Protective measures are proposed from the aspects of isolation from direct sunlight,good coating protection and installation of pipeline cathodic protection system,so as to provide reference value for maintaining the service performance of LPG pipelines and ensuring the life and property safety of surrounding residents.
