摘  要:某合成尿素装置洗氨塔在运行3年后塔盘出现严重的腐蚀问题。为分析该塔盘的腐蚀机理,针对该塔盘的典型腐蚀问题制定检测方案,开展宏观和微观检查。检测结果如下:进入洗氨塔的气体中含有CO_(2)(含量44.23%)及一定量H_(2)S(含量0.08%),使洗氨塔下液呈酸性,造成塔盘发生全面腐蚀和局部腐蚀,其腐蚀的典型特征是局部点蚀、癣状腐蚀和台面状腐蚀。根据分析结果提出相应的防腐蚀措施,保证该装置设备的长期安全运行。Serious corrosion problems occurred in the washing column of a synthetic urea unit after 3 years of operation.In order to analyze the corrosion mechanism of the tray,a detection scheme was developed according to the typical corrosion problems of the tray,and macro and micro inspection were carried out.The detection results are as follows:the gas entering the ammonia washing tower contains CO2(44.23%)and a certain amount of H2S(0.08%),which makes the liquid under the ammonia washing tower acidic and causes comprehensive and local corrosion of the tray.The typical characteristics of corrosion are local pitting corrosion,ringworm-like corrosion and table-like corrosion.According to the analysis results,the corresponding anti-corrosion measures are put forward to ensure the long-term safe operation of the device.
