摘  要:介绍一种通过仿真计算,评估板栅结构对极板电位降、等电位线分布影响的方法。多极耳结构显著减小极板电位降。主纵筋结构实现了横筋集流作用,对减小高极板电位降有作用。多主纵筋和多极耳结构效果更明显。纵筋变截面有助于纵筋导电截面电流密度的均匀化。多极耳、多主纵筋、纵筋变截面结构效果最佳。In this paper,a simulation method is presented to evaluate the effect of grid structure on plate potential drop and equipotential line distribution.The results show that the multi-lug structure significantly reduces plate potential drop.The main vertical rib structure realizes the function of collecting current by the transverse rib,which has an effect on reducing the potential drop of the high plate,and the effect of the multi-main vertical rib and multi-lug structure is more obvious.The variable cross-section of the vertical rib is helpful to uniform the current density of the vertical rib.The structure with multi-lug,multi-main vertical rib and variable cross-section of the vertical rib is the best.
