炭黑对铅炭电池化成过程的影响

摘  要:通过研究电极的比表面积、微观结构、化成过程中电池的内阻变化和模拟电池的电性能,分析比较了3种类型的炭黑对电池性能的影响。炭黑的BET比表面积和吸油值越高,电极的比表面积越大。炭黑影响电极化成第一阶段历经时间,同时影响负极骨架型铅的结构和含量。如果添加原生态颗粒尺寸小,比表面积大的炭黑,化成时生成的骨架型铅较多,会导电池容量低,失水量多。By studying the specific surface area and microstructure of the electrode,the internal resistance change of battery during the formation process and the electrochemical properties of the simulate battery,the effects of three different types of carbon black on the battery were analyzed and compared.The test results showed that the higher the BET specific surface area and oil absorption value of the carbon black,the greater the specific surface area of the electrode.Carbon black affects the time of the first stage of the electrode formation,and affects the structure and content of negative skeleton lead.If the original carbon black with small particle size and large specific surface area is added,more skeleton lead will be generated during formation,which will lead to low battery capacity and more water loss.
