基于SaaS模式的J公司云会计应用效果分析

摘　　要：随着互联网技术和网络信息化的高速发展,云会计的应用越来越普遍。基于SaaS模式的云会计在中小企业的发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色。文章以J公司为研究对象,在相关理论分析的基础之上,详细阐述了SaaS模式的云会计在J公司的应用效果,体现了酒店管理的中央化、酒店成本的减少化、酒店财务的效率化和酒店服务的质量化。同时也分析了基于SaaS模式的云会计应用在J公司中所存在的云服务商选择、相关职员的边缘化和网络安全保障等相关问题。最后根据存在的问题提出了优化J公司SaaS模式应用的对策建议,为J公司及其相关行业提供借鉴意义。With the rapid development of internet technology and network informatization,the application of cloud accounting is more and more common.Cloud accounting based on SaaS model is playing an increasingly important role in the development of small and mediumsized enterprises.Taking J Company as the research object,this paper elaborates the application effect of SaaS cloud accounting in J Company on the basis of relevant theoretical analysis,which reflects the centralization of hotel management,the reduction of hotel costs,the efficiency of hotel finance and the quality of hotel services.At the same time,it also analyzes the problems existing in the cloud accounting application based on SaaS model in J Company,such as the choice of cloud service providers,the marginalization of relevant staffs and the network security guarantee.Finally,according to the existing problems,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the application of SaaS model in J Company,which provides a reference for J Company and other related industries.
