摘　　要：RCEP(区域全面经济伙伴关系协定)规则在政治层面和经济层面均有明显利好作用,是推动广西香料香精产业面向东盟发展的重大机遇,如货物贸易便利,商品关税更低,营商环境优化等。但也存在产业结构层次较低,尖端技术加工企业少,现代化的高效产业园区缺乏,种植户及企业对政策的关注度和认知不足等问题。针对RCEP规则下广西香料香精产业面向东盟的发展,文章提出了几点针对性建议,包括推动产业标准化,建立产业示范区,加强技术研发,延长香料香精产业链,加强主体组织协调能力,加大招商引资,与乡村振兴产业融合发展,做大本土企业,借力互联网平台与数字经济联动发展,完善电商运营体系等。The RCEP(Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership)has obvious positive effects on both the political and economic levels,and has major opportunities to promote the development of Guangxi's fragrance industry towards ASEAN,such as trade facilitation in goods,lower tariffs on goods,and optimal business environment.However,there are also problems such as low industrial structure level,few cutting-edge technology processing enterprises,without modern and efficient industrial parks,and insufficient attention and awareness of policies by growers and enterprises.In view of the development of Guangxi's fragrance industry towards ASEAN under RCEP rules,several targeted suggestions are put forward,including promoting industrial standardization,establishing industrial demonstration zones,strengthening technology research and development,extending the fragrance industry chain,strengthening the coordination ability of main organizations,increasing investment attraction,integrating development with rural revitalization industries,expanding local enterprises,leveraging the internet platform and digital economy to develop in tandem,and improving the e-commerce operation system.
