摘 要:为研究接触器在振动环境下的失效机理,以某高压直流接触器为例,建立其四自由度振动系统的数学模型,并采用基于方程的Modelica语言进行求解。通过定义加速度放大系数及影响因素分析,发现随着垫片刚度的增大,加速度放大系数显著降低,产品耐振动性能显著提高。最后,在振动试验台上实测安装两种不同材质垫片时的加速度放大系数,与理论计算结果基本吻合。所得结论对产品抗振动设计具有实用价值。To study the failure mechanism of contactors in vibration environments,taking a high-voltage DC contactor as an example,the mathematical model of its four degree of freedom vibration system is built and solved using Modelica,which is a language based on equations.By defining the acceleration amplification factor and analyzing the influence factors,it is found that the acceleration amplification factor is decreasing and the anti-vibration characteristics of the product is improving with the increase of the spacer stiffness.Finally,the measured acceleration amplification factor is obtained by testing two different material of spacers on the vibration test-bed.The measured data is consistent with the theoretical results.The conclusions are valuable for the anti-vibration design of the product.
