摘　　要：钢丝绳扭转力释放装置(例如钢丝绳防转套)作为起重机钢丝绳与吊钩、吊具之间的部件,被广泛应用于港口装卸式起重机械上,可以及时释放工作中钢丝绳的扭转力。传统装置因释放速度过快而产生旋转惯性力使钢丝绳受反向扭转力,从而容易造成钢丝绳的散股、松散等问题,降低钢丝绳的寿命及力学性能。文中介绍一种新型起重机用可变阻尼的钢丝绳扭转力释放装置,可在释放钢丝绳扭转力的同时规避以上提及问题。As a component between the crane wire rope and the hook,the wire rope torsion release device(such as wire rope anti-rotation sleeve)is widely used in the port handling hoisting machinery to release the torsion of the wire rope in time.The release speed of traditional devices is fast,thus producing rotating inertia force,and the steel wire rope is subjected to reverse torsion,so that the steel wire rope is easily scattered and loosened,thus reducing the service life and mechanical properties of the steel wire.In this paper,a new type of variable damping rope torsion release device for crane is introduced,which can release the torsion of the rope while avoiding the above problems.
