摘　　要：在重型运输设备行业中,制动电动机是一种较常见的装置,其性能好坏对于实际应用至关重要,具有极其重大的影响。一般制动电动机的性能指标众多,既包括了启动特性、负载特性、热试验、空载损耗等体现其工作特性的各项参数,也包括静态制动力矩、动态制动力矩、制动器热试验等体现制动性能的参数。这些数据往往只在专业的试验平台上进行试验才可测得相关数据,而国内对于制动电动机相关参数的测量目前缺乏成熟有效的方法。文中介绍了一种电动机测试系统,该设备的功能在满足对制动电动机所有主要技术参数测量的同时,原创性地提出并实践了一种能够快速、准确测量制动电动机动态制动力矩的方法。通过实际的运用,已经取得了令人瞩目的社会效益和经济效益。In the heavy transport equipment industry,the brake motor is a common device,and its performance is very important in application.Even as for a general brake motor,there are so many performance indexes,including not only starting characteristics,load characteristics,thermal test,no-load loss and other parameters reflecting its working characteristics,but also static braking torque,dynamic braking torque,brake thermal test and other parameters reflecting braking performance.Only through a professional test platform can we get the relevant data,but there is a lack of mature and effective methods to measure the relevant parameters of the brake motor in China.In this paper,a motor test system is introduced,the function of the equipment can meet the measurement of all the main technical parameters of the brake motor,and a method that can quickly and accurately measure the dynamic braking torque of the brake motor is originally proposed and practiced.The application shows remarkable social and economic benefits have been achieved.
