摘　　要：自动化立体仓储是一种采用高层立体货架存储货物,使用堆垛机、穿梭车、输送线等设备进行存取作业,并采用计算机对机械设备以及货品信息进行调度和管理的现代化智能仓储系统。文中通过某企业的自动化立体仓储项目举例分析,对袋装原材料的自动化立体仓储系统的设计与实现提出相应的解决方案,并针对性地提出设计要点,对自动化立体仓储系统的设计具有借鉴作用。Automated storage and retrieval system(as/RS)is a kind of modern intelligent storage system,which uses highlevel three-dimensional shelves to store goods and uses stackers,shuttles,conveyor lines and other equipment in access operations,and dispatches and manages mechanical equipment and goods information with the help of computers.In this paper,the automated three-dimensional storage project of an enterprise is analyzed as an example,and the corresponding solutions for the design and implementation of the automated three-dimensional storage system of bagged raw materials are put forward,and the design points are put forward,which can serve as a reference in the design of automated threedimensional storage system.
