摘  要:大型港口集装箱码头流动机械设备数量和批次繁多、调度频繁,给流动机械的统一管理和监控带来了挑战。为完善港口流动机械的管理策略和监控方案,避免车辆数据出现孤岛现象,利用北斗导航定位和车载通信技术,结合高精度定位算法、网络通信技术、地理信息系统技术实现一种车联网监控平台。通过云原生架构搭建的开放式车联网监控系统可以对流动机械实时位置、状态等信息进行实时采集和处理,并可进行大数据分析和建模,从而实现车辆定位、故障报警、数据采集等功能。应用表明,该平台满足了港口流动机械车载实时定位和状态实时监控的需求,提高了设备的维护管理水平,降低了操作人员的劳动强度,减少了事故发生率。There are a large number and batches of mobile machinery and equipment in large port container terminals,and the scheduling of equipment is frequent,which have brought many challenges to the unified management and monitoring of mobile machinery.In order to improve the management strategy and monitoring scheme of port mobile machinery and avoid islanding phenomenon in vehicle data,an Internet of vehicles monitoring platform is developed by using Beidou navigation positioning and vehicle communication technology,combined with high-precision positioning algorithm,network communication technology and geographic information system technology.The open Internet of vehicles monitoring system built through the cloud native architecture can collect and process the real-time location,status and other information of mobile machinery in real time,and can carry out Big Data Analysis and modeling,so as to achieve vehicle positioning,fault alarm,data acquisition and other functions.The application results show that the platform can meet the needs of realtime positioning and real-time monitoring of mobile machinery in ports,improve the maintenance and management level of equipment,reduce the labor intensity and the accident rate.
