摘 要:为了解决传统阵列式组件装配过程中装配效率低下、缺乏现场装配有效指导等实际问题,研究阵列式组件装配数字孪生模型构建以及调控技术。首先,构建基于实测数据的阵列式组件装配调控框架,提出阵列组件装配参数求解、优化以及实际装配调控总体流程。其次,基于阵列式组件的实测数据,构建影响阵列式组件装配质量参数求解模型,并以装配质量参数为目标函数,通过法医调查算法(FBI算法)对阵列式组件的位姿进行优化。然后以优化结果为调控目标,通过数字化装配调控技术实现实际装配的调控定位。最后以自行设计的阵列式组件模型为装配实例搭建软硬件平台,验证了阵列式组件装配调控技术的可行性。In order to solve practical problems such as low assembly efficiency and lack of effective guidance for on-site as-sembly in the traditional array component assembly process,the construction and control technology of the array component assembly digital twin model is studied.First,construct an assembly control framework of arrayed components based on measured data,and propose the overall process of array component assembly parameter solution,optimization,and actual as-sembly control;secondly,based on the measured data of arrayed components,build a model for solving parameters that af-fect the assembly quality of arrayed components.And with the assembly quality parameter as the objective function,the pose of the arrayed components is optimized by the forensic investigation algorithm(FBI algorithm);then the control and positioning of the actual assembly is realized by the digital assembly control technology with the optimization result as the control goal.Finally,the self-designed array component model is used as an assembly example to build a software and hardware platform,which verifies the feasibility of the array component assembly control technology.
