摘 要:煤矿安全巡回检测方面的研究在煤矿生产中具有重要意义.基于Petri网的理论基础,可以图形化地描述各种场景的复杂系统.在此基础上,用Petri网对煤矿安全人工巡回检测模式进行建模.通过分析煤矿安全人工巡回检测存在的问题,建立了人工巡回检测的Petri网模型.引入物联网技术和蚁群算法,添加相关变迁和库所,优化升级成了煤矿安全巡检车巡回检测模式.对优化升级后的煤矿安全巡检车巡回检测模式Petri网模型的性能进行了分析,再用PIPE软件进行了仿真,验证了巡检车巡回检测模式的正确性、合理性和有效性.Research on itinerant inspection of coal mine safety was of great significance in coal mine production.Based on the theoretical basis of Petri nets,complex systems of various scenes can be graphically described.On this basis,Petri nets were used to model the manual inspection mode of coal mine safety.By analyzing the problems of manual inspection of coal mine safety,a Petri net model of manual inspection was established.The Internet of things technology and ant colony algorithm were introduced,related changes and warehouses were added,and the optimization and upgrading became the patrol inspection mode of coal mine safety inspection vehicles.The performance of the petri net model of the patrol detection mode of the optimized and upgraded coal mine safety inspection vehicle was analyzed,and then the PIPE software was used for simulation to verify the correctness,rationality and effectiveness of the patrol inspection mode of the inspection vehicle.
