摘  要:基于现有的水声信号发射机电路,设计一种采用全桥拓扑结构的发射功率放大电路。该电路适于在输入电压比较高的环境中应用,优点是输出功率大、可靠性好,缺点是电路器件多、结构复杂。从全桥原理出发,通过理论计算确定电路的主要参数,采用PSpice仿真工具对电路参数进行优化,继而设计出适宜水声信号发射机应用的驱动电路和功率放大电路。仿真结果表明,该电路产生的输出波形满足水声发射机的工作要求。The H-bridge power amplifier is designed for an underwater acoustic transmitter.H-bridge design is a good choice of underwater acoustic transmitters for its high output power and good reliability.However,this kind of design consists of more components and features complicated structure,which requires more effort to get a real good design.The power amplification circuit and its drive circuit are sketched and the parameters of the circuits are calculated.The design is optimized through simulations by means of the circuit analysis software PSpice.The output waveform of the amplifier is tested,which proves the fitness of the amplifier to the transmitter.
