摘 要:轨交线路上的全封闭式声屏障在工作过程中受风振和机械振动等因素的影响,会频繁出现紧固件应力松弛和螺栓脱落问题。对此,结合浙江省某市轨交线路声屏障实施案例,分析各类螺纹连接副的特性,对比常见的螺纹防松和止退措施;根据全封闭式声屏障不同部位的结构特点,浅述各类防松和止退措施在工程实践中的适用性。实践表明,采用双螺母结构、自锁紧垫圈和尼龙嵌体等防松止退措施,能延长全封闭式声屏障的使用寿命,大幅降低螺纹松动概率,有效防止螺母和螺杆坠落,从而在一定程度上减少声屏障检修养护成本,降低事故发生概率。Stress relaxation even bolts falling off is often seen on fully-enclosed sound barrier structure for rail transit lines because of wind or mechanical vibration.This paper analyzes the characteristics of various bolt connections based on the experiences in construction of sound barriers in a city rail transit line in Zhejiang province,and compares the measures to prevent nuts from loosening or falling off.According to the structural characteristics of different parts of the fully-enclosed sound barrier,the applicability of various measures to lock the bolt pairs in engineering practice is briefly described.Experiences show that the use of double nut structure,self-locking washer and nylon inlay can extend the structural life of the fully-enclosed sound barrier,greatly reduce the probability of bolt pair getting loose,therefor to a certain extent,reduce the cost of operation and maintenance,and reduce the probability of accidents.
